These terms govern your use of the marketing site at centraluplift.com. They do not govern any paid engagement — those are governed by a signed Statement of Work or pilot agreement. This document is an interim working version pending counsel review.

Scope

Centraluplift.com is an informational marketing site about Central Uplift LLC's cross-PMS data infrastructure for multi-site veterinary operators. The site describes Central Uplift's product, demo, and engagement approach. It does not constitute an offer to contract.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes veterinary-medical, legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. Operational benchmarks cited on this site (from AVMA, VHMA, AAHA, VetIQ, Compass, and similar sources) are summaries provided for context; consult the originating sources for the authoritative figures.

Demo data

The "Riverbend Veterinary Group" data shown on the linked product demo is entirely synthetic. Riverbend is a fictional construct. No real patient, clinician, operator, or financial record is referenced. Distributions are anchored to public benchmarks; full methodology is documented at /docs/synthetic-data-methodology on the demo subdomain.

Intellectual property

Text, copy, design tokens, and code on this site are owned by Central Uplift LLC. Source code delivered to paying customers under an engagement letter is licensed MIT to the customer; otherwise, all rights are reserved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

Attempt to circumvent access controls or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure agreement.
Submit information you do not have the right to share.
Send abusive, deceptive, or unlawful communication to the addresses listed on the site.

Third-party services

The product demo linked from this site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare's terms and privacy policy apply to the infrastructure layer. Central Uplift is not liable for outages or behaviors of Cloudflare or other infrastructure providers.

Disclaimer of warranty

The site and the linked demo are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Central Uplift LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the linked demo.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Changes

When these terms are updated, we change the effective date and version above. Material changes are communicated to active customers in writing.
