Privacy notice

This document is an interim working version reflecting Central Uplift's pivot to cross-PMS data infrastructure for multi-site veterinary operators. Final language is pending counsel review and will be republished here when complete. Until then, the terms below state how Central Uplift handles information for the marketing site at centraluplift.com.

Who we are

Central Uplift LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. We build read-only cross-PMS data infrastructure for multi-site specialty, emergency, and urgent-care veterinary operators. We do not operate a marketing agency, we do not resell consumer data, and we do not run consumer outbound from this site.

What this site collects

The centraluplift.com marketing site collects:

This site does not run third-party analytics, does not load advertising trackers, and does not set cookies for marketing or attribution.

What our product collects from customers

Central Uplift's product (deployed per-customer in the customer's Cloudflare account) ingests read-only operational data from the customer's practice-management systems under a written engagement. Patient identifiers, free-text clinical notes, and payment-card data are dropped at the connector boundary; only normalized operational fields are persisted. Full posture documented in the engagement letter.

How we use information

Sharing

We share customer data only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the product (Cloudflare for compute and storage). We do not share customer data with marketing platforms, ad networks, or other vendors. Vendor sub-processors are listed in the engagement letter and updated there.

Retention

Marketing-site logs are retained by Cloudflare per their standard log retention policy (currently 7 days for edge logs at our plan tier). Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus seven years for tax and contract record purposes. Customer-deployed product data is retained per the engagement letter (typically the customer's own retention policy, since the data lives in their tenancy).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing casey.coco@centralupliftpros.com. We will respond within 30 calendar days. California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and EU/UK residents have additional rights under their respective privacy laws; we honor those requests through the same email channel.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13.

Changes

When this notice is updated, we change the effective date and version above. Material changes are communicated to active customers in writing.
