About Central Uplift
Central Uplift is a B2B revenue-operations and growth agency, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We sell access to CU Command — a cloud-based CRM and operations platform — to small and mid-market businesses in service industries.
Who we are, in one paragraph
Central Uplift LLC is a B2B revenue operations and growth agency based in Pittsburgh, PA. We sell access to CU Command, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform, on a monthly subscription basis to small and mid-market businesses in service industries (home services, contractors, B2B local services). Our offering includes implementation services, training, and ongoing support for the CU Command platform. All marketing automation features within CU Command — including email outreach, SMS messaging, and voice features — are operated by our customers under their own consent and compliance frameworks; Central Uplift does not sell consumer data, does not perform unconsented outreach on behalf of customers, and does not operate as a lead-generation broker. All customer messaging is subject to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC carrier requirements, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
How Central Uplift started
Central Uplift was founded in 2026 in Pittsburgh by Casey Coco and Luca Borris to consolidate the fourteen-vendor mess of small-business RevOps into one operating system. The CU Command platform exists because the founders kept watching mid-market service businesses spend $2,000+ per month on a CRM, two prospecting tools, an ad platform, an email service, an SMS service, a voice service, a booking tool, a billing tool, a review tool, an analytics tool, two automation tools, and a content tool — and still not have their tools talk to each other. CU Command is the answer they wanted to build for themselves.

How we operate, on the compliance side
We treat compliance as a feature of the product, not a checkbox. The frameworks below shape how CU Command is built and how Central Uplift staff use it.
TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act). The federal law governing autodialed and prerecorded calls and texts to mobile numbers in the US. Penalties range from $500 to $1,500 per violation. CU Command’s voice and SMS features require prior express written consent before any AI-generated voice call or marketing SMS can be sent, in line with FCC Declaratory Ruling 24-17. Revocation keywords (STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE) are auto-honored across the platform; customers cannot disable that handling.
CAN-SPAM. The federal law governing commercial email in the US. CU Command-sent commercial email automatically includes a working unsubscribe link, accurate sender identification, and the physical postal address required by the law (37 Forsythe Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220, when sent from Central Uplift; the customer’s address when sent from the customer’s brand). Opt-out requests are honored within 10 days, in line with the law’s requirement.
A2P 10DLC. The carrier framework for business SMS in the US. CU Command sending requires a registered brand and a registered campaign before any traffic is allowed to flow. We block sending until registration completes; we don’t route around it.
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The EU framework that applies whenever we process personal data of individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms with our subprocessors. Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how to exercise the rights GDPR grants you.
If you operate in an industry with additional rules — financial services, healthcare, or anything else regulated — talk to us before you start sending. Some categories are restricted by our carriers and processors; some require us to add safeguards to your CU Command instance. We would rather have that conversation up front than discover the issue mid-campaign.
Subprocessors we use
For transparency, the third-party services that process data on our behalf are listed here in the same form as in our Privacy Policy. We update this list when we add or remove a subprocessor and notify customers in advance of material changes.
